Cohort 3: What a nice group of friends already! lol
I am enjoying these classes, so much!! I love how comfortable it seems everyone feels in this group, just as in the 5-day Challenge. I'm sure this comes, at least in part, from the warm environment/setting Jim creates. It almost feels like a bunch of friends just casually meeting up somewhere after work. Since I've logged in my pj's once or twice, I guess you could say sometimes we get together at someone's home! But seriously, I was a bit hesitant initially, thinking the group in Cohort 3 couldn't possibly be as nice and easy-going as those in the 5-day Challenge, but they are! I'm happy to see many of the same names, which is part of the reason, but it's just so nice to see people in the group reaching out to offer help or just encouraging each other! It's very refreshing! A bonus for me that, again, there are several of us who grew up before the tech era. Truth be told, I'm still not of the era, but... I am learning!!
I told my 11-year-old neighbor that we didn't have computers when I was her age. She looked at me very sadly and said, "Oh no, you were poor when you were little?" 😆
I hope everyone has a wonderful and productive weekend! If anyone is like me and still putting off until tomorrow what you've thought about and thought about since Tuesday and are interested in looking into body doubling or possibly an accountability partner, please reach out to me!
