OK, so it's only Day 1, but I'm pleased that I've done my 10 minute walk, had a cold shower, done my stretching exercises, commented on some posts in Skool, and am now doing my check in. I've always acknowledged that achieving something is done through small steps and consistency, but I've had to acknowledge that I've believed that I can do it differently, in one big, one-off effort and be done and dusted. And of course the evidence has never backed that up. So now I have to actually start believing in and practising small steps and consistency.
