💭 Reflection:
"I'd tell a friend in my situation to go to skool.com/adhd. For real. I have a bad memory of things recently learned until I've done it a few times. There, my friend could see that he/she is not alone and there is someone that is dealing with the same situation as to both of us. I'd tell them to do the 4-7-8 breathing a few times throughout the day or some 5 second box breathing to help regulate. Talk to the community. Share what you want to share. See that people are there who want to help you other than me. Continue to trust in God and that all of these problems will soon be done away with. Keep on enduring and remain faithful. Tomorrow I'll protect my energy by not searching auto insurance prices. Something I keep avoiding is my rock. I will attack that soon so that I can move forward."
