Boring as BatShit - The struggle is real

So firstly - sorry for the title for all of those Bat Lovers. But I have one of those hideous loops - you know the ones we were asked about at Day 1 - so here it is: -

Our wee Mosaic Group were given some funds (not huge just little dollars - but we are still grateful) to help support us to install and de-instrall (travel costs) our art work to Auckland (we are some 2 . 5 hrs away)
I am the designated (LOL) adminy person - oh dear - wrong person in wrong jobby - let me loose at the selling of the concept and making of the things, and getting all the ladies to do the things :) that gives me joy
But as key contact - YUKKY - it came to me, so now, i have to HUNT for the notification of where I told them the money should go, and then HUNT for the item in my bank account, and then "CONFIRM" we got it, and then "DISTRIBUTE" - to all of the ladies
Oh dear - and then there is the conflict of how it should be split - and that is a little "YUKKY too"

so overwhelm aside and RSD aside - because I cannot please everyone on its distribution - and there are different views (that deviate from the intention) -

Just get on with it Debz - break it down, get the headache gone - so Today is Tuesday 20/01/2026 - and I need to crack on during the next few days

here are the steps:

Find invoice, check where the funds were meant to go
2. Search Bank account since October to Now
Notify the gals (mosaic gals)
If money there - distrubute and email distribution and link to the "intentions of the organiser" - and LET THEM (yay Mel Robbins) suck it up - their issue if their thoughts deviate from the intentions of the organiser (
Debz - do not get upset that you have not please everybody
If money note there - chase the organiser, and advise the gals
Remember to diarise to close it out - So much boring Admin
Remind Debs - you do this because in 2027 you will do another project - and you do not break relationships by being "flakey and not closing out on projects - new Identity :)

So the Ask: - if anyone is reading this, and you care to hold me "gently to account" - I would so appreciate it, or just some gentle encouragement to tackle the "Boring as BatShit" things
