Big Rocks for the next 6 weeks
Just set my Big Rocks for the next 6 weeks: sleep and my coaching study. What I actually realised is that my late-night "tidy everything for the morning" perfectionism is the exact thing wrecking my sleep, my nervous system, and my ability to focus the next day. Turns out being a "yes person" has a body count, and it's mine.
