"Yesterday afternoon, coming back home, I ate something (maybe too much) and turned on the laptop because I wanted to do things I had postponed (E-mails), so I got a bit too frenzy. I wore my red glasses, but I already felt my eyes weren't fine, when I turned on the lights at sunset and then the laptop. Maybe, too much artificial light and excitement in the wrong timing, anyway, I slept badly. It seems I just don't have to use the laptop after the sunset, maybe. "
