ADHD Snapshot 3
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and realized something. I went in expecting another scam, and what I actually wrote was that I want "help, understanding and a tangible plan" - not a miracle, not a fix. Apparently I already know what I need. I just stopped believing anyone could deliver it.
