In my 50 + 1 decade, I chase flexibility,
Mostly by falling on the floor… with dignity.
Did some floor exercises with a friend one night,
Wine assisted — obviously — it felt only right.
Not sure which muscles got worked the most, Legs? Thighs? Butt?
Or the giggle muscles I toast 🍷
Then there was a grape (oops — great) 5km walk,
Through vineyards with costumed characters on a joyful stalk.
Feathers, capes, questionable fashion flair,
But hey — we were moving, breathing fresh air.
So no, I’m not training for a triathlon just yet,
But I did move my body, and I laughed — don’t forget.
And in Harmony terms, I’ll call that a win,
Because physical wellbeing starts… when you simply begin. 💃🍇
