Your shoulders relax.
Your body softens.
Your nervous system gets the message that you're safe.
I've noticed that on stressful days, tinnitus often feels bigger, louder, and more demanding.
But when I pause, breathe, and give my nervous system a chance to settle, the sound often takes up less space in my awareness. 🤍
Breathwork may not magically remove tinnitus, but it can change how we experience it.
