"The second half of three 10th/last night was pretty decent. I felt good doing a online session in a small group on zoom. Maybe also the energy session helped with lightening the mood. (I think so)
Bothered by energy on 6 still being in the red....I think 6 instead of 2-3 is a great improvement, yet the chart doesn't even shows it at orange or even yellow, but still deep red....... 🙄 👎🏽 "
