Is Rapport Actually a Skill Worth Practicing?
100% Yes. People buy based on EMOTION, especially when they've been considering a solution for some time. They have choices. They do research. What sets things apart? It's NOT A.I. It's H.I. Human Interaction. Most people have "sales fails" because they suck at rapport and come across as disingenuous, using B.S. "one liners" that people have to swallow their own bile when they hear it. (Yes, it's that bad) We recently had people practice this and light bulbs of enlightenment were going off! Authentic, real connection (and mistakes) were made. Yes, mistakes were made...in practice (not on calls where sales were on the line). That's the point. PRACTICE of this skill is critical. No Rapport: No Sale Or No Rapport: BIG OBJECTIONS The good news is you can DO something about it. Comment "DOJO" for access to the LIVE GOLD LEVEL PROGRAM (not available in Skool) FREE for a month. P.S. If you are concerned about the cost of the program after 1 month free, please do not take me up on the offer. It's FREE. Scarcity and worry mindset is not welcome in our paying member group.

IMO This might prob trigger some but rapport is easily built by just giving a fuck/being interested in the other person. It doesn't have to be faked. ppl can tell The only thing In my POV to train- is timing. When to make things feel easier, less friction, more casual & bringing back to a center-esp when tipping them up the scale of emotions with pain.
What Book Made an Impact for your Sales?
A streak starts with 1. How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie is one that anyone in sales HAS to read. Summation: Don't try to be "interesting". BE INTERESTED! What about you? What is 1 Book you would recommend to someone who is getting into or already in sales?

More AI = Less Human
AI is great. You HAVE to use it. Just remember, the thing that brings you real richness into your life is relationships. No relationships, no energy, no money.

Aligned with this concept>>> I think the real will figure out how to best utilize AI While the fake majority think itll streamline every single thing. ^^Those people help the market. Becaue its a breathe of fresh air when someone gets called from a competent adviser/consultant, opposed to an AI/typical script reader-call. I believe it will all balance out perfectly

Confidence Doesn’t Come First...THIS Does
Everyone waits to “feel confident” before they take action. Bad news: confidence doesn’t come first. Action does. You can’t "think" your way into confidence — you earn it by doing the reps. Just like going to the gym, your comfort zone never built muscle. Train daily. Confidence will show up right on time. Committed to helping you succeed in sales and life,Joe Marcoux p.s.
