How often do you get a haircut?
Hey gentlemen, I’m curious—how often do you visit your barber for a haircut? Personally, I’ve noticed that when I wait an entire month, my hair starts looking out of shape, and it affects my confidence and overall vibe. I feel much better with a shorter haircut—like a clean skin fade—to keep things looking fresh. So, how often do you prefer to go to the barber? For me, it’s usually every 1–3 weeks. What about you?

Turtlenecks
Hi guys, I’ve been wondering about my style and I would like to dress more casual so I decided to wear turtle neck as it’s getting cooler and cooler (at least in my country). I need some advice what can I match these turtle necks with. What color should buy turtleneck in ? Dark chinos or dark jeans would fit better ? I’m a light skin with dark blond hair. I appreciate every advice from you 💪

Don't dress more casual, try dressing up more. In your intro you say you want to stand out amongst your peers, than you should dress up more and be less casual.

Obesity
Since my heart operation a year ago last March I weigh a lot less then I have in a while. As a matter of fact at the moment I am at my college weight when I was more athletically active though I do not quite have the chest to waist ratio I had in college. I have been keeping my weight stable for the last year and I am hitting the gym three times a week. Basicly I am doing a more advanced version of the workout from my cardio rehab. In all fairness, I did put on 5 lbs during my initial cardio rehab, mostly returning some of my muscle I lost during mt convalescence. Anyway I am floating right around 190 lbs at 5’8” with a muscular build. . No, I don’t have a six pack but at 63 I am in fairly good shape. I have also been decreasing the various medications I have been taking as I have been healing from the heart operation. Yet my primary care provider referred to me as obese while other medical professionals say I am doing fine.Just for your information, I am also being extremely careful with my diet. I am starting to wonder if I am really doing that badly. And no, I am not looking for suggestions as I am working with a team now along with my own nutritional background. I am more looking for discussion.

It has been said enough already BMI isn't really a good measurement. I have been overweight for 10 years according to my BMI why I always have a sixpack. On the other hand BMI does tell a lot if you are not athletic and actually tells if you are overweight quite accurate. Normally I would say if I hear your numbers that yes you can definitely drop 10/15 pounds to be in a better range. What I would focus on more is bloodwork. What does your bloodwork show about your health amd start working with that.

Success is the result of right decisions. Right decisions are the result of experience, and experience is the result of wrong decisions.
