Auction Style to Book Sales Appts.
Hey @Travis Sago and other auction heros, would appreciate your insights on this one: I'm looking at a deal right now where they're selling to primairly doctors and have an ascension model that starts at $997 per month and goes up to $47K for licensing. This company has been around for a while and has a sales process where two former clients who are doctors have a one-hour education call with prospects and close from there. Because there are a lot of complexities to the sale including potentially technical medical questions, I'm thinking of running an auction but having the tapping to lead to sales appts. They've got a big email list with plenty of unconverted leads who have never booked a call. Has anyone done an auction this way before or would you still recommend testing the folow-up tapping direct to offer first and then only get them booked for a call if neccessary?
JV Partner Needed
I'm looking for a solid JV partner in the debt / credit space. Each month I generate 200–300 consumer leads who apply for our program but don’t qualify. Right now they’re basically sitting unused and that’s not the Ronin Way! These are people actively looking for help with things like: • credit repair • debt relief / settlement • score improvement • consolidation options If you have a proven offer and fulfillment in place, I’d love to create a win-win where these leads actually get served instead of ignored. Ideal partner: ✔ Established program ✔ Solid fulfillment ✔ Ability to handle volume If that’s you (or you know someone great in this space), shoot me a DM. Would love to turn these 200–300 “no’s” into a revenue stream for both of us! @Travis Sago what's a normal/fair split for an introduction?

@Sunny Sangster I know someone who's been in the credit repair space for years. About to reach out to him and will DM you on how it goes :-)
The Good, Bad and UGLY of a $174,000 Fun Auction
HUGE THANK YOU to @Nick Roberts and @Marcus Karl for this candid interview. They did NOT sugar coat or gloss over the Bad or the Ugly of this auction. Spoiler alert: Everyone still had fun and $174,000 in sales with $50,000 cash collected. There are HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of creators and influencers with 5,000 or less followers on their FB profiles, Insta, YT channels, Email lists, X, Pinterest that could... Use the same EXACT method that Nick and Marcus did. And it doesn't have to be perfect. Why? Because the auction format is SO FORGIVING! Let's make this a LEARNING thread and ASK any questions you may have! Rooting For Ya, Travis PS I double-dawg dare ya to watch this and NOT lose sleep tonight! The WORLD is OURS! At the end... I gave them a tip to bring in another $100k. In ONE WORD. Then I showed them how to cash flow this for $1 million. PPS If you got anything out of this interview and breakdown, please drop some appreciation for Markus and Nick. They really gave this their all and went into detail!

@Travis Sago A few follow-up questions after reviewing my notes. They’re detailed and all based on upcoming auctions so can provide more context if you’d like :-) Asking to better understand rules of thumb and way of thinking behind this: 1. I’m a little confused about having a deadline without announcing it. Do you recommend telling people there will be a deadline but more vaguely? Something like “between noon and three tomorrow or whenever bidding tops off”  Seems like the deadline is a big lever to pull. Just confused on how to best frame it. Or does that depend on how fast or slow the initial bidding is? 2. You mentioned letting bidders determine value. In the pre-selling, would you recommend throwing any numbers out to frame the package as premium when what’s being auctioned off is intangible? For example, just ____ alone is something we’ve charged over $25K for, and the winner will be getting that included. Or would you recommend taking it a step further with some audiences (Like affiliate marketers) and listing the retail value on every key bell whistle? Kinda like the good old offer stack when selling info products on webinars. I’m thinking we want to pre-sell price and frame value as HIGH when that context isn’t there already. 3. What do you think makes a strong potential candidate for a Dutch auction? Saw what you did in the group and seems like these ingredients would have to be in place: STRONG affinity and trust (Ideally buyers already), Homerun type of offer, Starting at least in the $80K range to win 4. What are a couple of scenarios where you think it’s smart to start with a maximum bid increase? Or do you think it’s usually smart to start that way as rule of thumb? 5. How long do you think is too far in advance for promoting an auction? You mentioned something about starting to promote an auction happening around New Years before Christmas. My concern would be that a lot of people register but don’t end up participating because it’s not as top of mind. Thoughts?

@Travis Sago GREAT video! Thank you for going into so much detail with your answers. This is mind blowing stuff! Testing Dutch auctions also has my wheels turning. Can't wait to run more tests and put everything you mentioned into implementation :-)
Ronin Style Ideas Around Moving: What Would You Do?
What would you do: Let's say you were moving to a major city next month and wanted to turn that into a way of meeting cool people and increasing deal flow. Full disclosure: I'm NOT asking for a friend and am the one who will be moving to a city that rhymes with SchMiami :-) I've been using LinkedIn to research potential partners who live out there and also have a couple dozen FB friends who do. I'd like to come up with a way to start making those connections now (Have a few weeks before I move) and at least planting seeds. Have also done some brief searches on Skool and FB for Miami based communities. Curious if @Travis Sago or anyone else has some creative ideas for more precise research and messaging angles? I've also thought about creating a Miami based Skool community (Although not sure about the angle yet either) and am not opposed to hosting some in-person stuff when out there. Open to any and all ideas you guys might have :-)
December Campaigns Versus Waiting Til January
Hey @Travis Sago and other peeps who have been running campaigns for a while. What are your thoughts on running auctions and test campaigns in early December as opposed to waiting til January? I'm thinking that between 12/12-12/25 is the least optimal time to run campaigns because of the holidays but that early December would still be solid. When I had my own offers, I'd typically run promos the week between Christmas and New Years and see those do really well. Generally, I believe that testing things sooner rather than later is the way to go and know that time can kill deals. However, would hate to dilute results if waiting til January or at least end of December typically means a substantial increase in sales as opposed to running a test in early December. Thoughts?

@Tony Teegarden "People's problems don’t go away during the Holidays. Matter for fact? They tend to multiply." So true and great paradigm shift. Thanks for sharing that! Just because now I'm ultra curious, was that campaign for a make money type of offer or something different?

@Tony Teegarden LOL. It's epic that THAT course did $364K in sales. Guess that 17th dimensional being brought some good joo-joo to the campaign
