How do I report spammer and potential scammer? Claiming to help make $100 to $3500 is a scammer :)

I officially launched my free community exactly 2 months ago today teaching everything I know about selling AI scaling from $0 - to $50k/week at 16 years old selling AI infrastructures Only 2 months later we have scaled to 1.2k members and made it to the 1st page when you type in "AI" in discovery and all of this was done 100% organically Skool really is the future! Whats up! I run a community helping agencies start getting into selling AI Infrastructures, we are currently sitting at 1k members and all of that was from my audience, I'm looking to take it to the next level with ads (especially since we have the new pixel integration) I'm wondering if anyone has ran ads to a free community and what the cost per new member would possibly look like? I'm thinking about running $100-500 a day in ads to it. Thanks for yalls feedback!!
