Custom Fields, Values and Trigger Links in Knowlegbase Answers
Use Case Example 1: Checking on billing status, program expiration dates, support links for various product lines, current promotions... Use Case Example 2: I can have the KB give the client product options with trigger links, initiate automations based on their choice and keep the prompt really slimmed down so it options fire from the KB, even though its meant to be a FAQ look up... Serving up an FAQ with CF, CV, and TLs will power the KB up with rocket fuel! If I'm able to use Custom Fields, Custom Values, and Trigger links in the KB, I can create some really power smartbots that can handle a butt ton of customer service, pre-sales, and follow up inquiries. This would be exponentially powerful if I can use a common DB for each of my niches... Assigning the same DB to various sub accounts... that would stop me updating the same information across a multitude of sub-accounts.
