I know we have custom fields, but do we have custom values for sub account?

App to busy
Yesterday my clients were experiencing this issue; I thought it was temporary, but it seems to be happening today as well. Is anyone else encountering this? Any recommendations on how to fix it?

Send email & context injection
Send email tool has been patched and in full prod Working Context injection now is usable for any channel defaulting to sms if new convo - so it uses the conversations last channel (sms, fb, instagram, email, etc) OR sms if empty
