I have around 30 sub-accounts that are no longer active but still show a positive balance. How can I transfer those funds back to my agency balance? I have clients asking the same thing, and I’m uncomfortable telling them that money would be lost.

I've created a Q&A formatted KB for a client, but the voice assistant isn't pulling any information from it. It's working with Chat, but I cannot get it to work with voice. I clicked the ENABLE VOICE then the CONFIRM button in the popup, and it just spins. After awhile, the popup closes, and the ENABLE VOICE button is still active.
