Thank you , Ayla! You have been very generous and loving and I'm considering this beautiful offer! I'd love to dive deeper into the practice because when I understand the principles of anything that I resonate with, it gives me meaning, purpose, inspiration and motivation to commit. Otherwise the benefit is not the same without that. I've sometimes been dubious about which video to choose and when; that's where the knowledge comes in for me so that I can maximize the practices. If I don't have that, I skip the practice because I feel I don't know what I'm doing and that I might be making a mistake. For example, if a practice is NSDR for sleep, should i only do it at night and not during the day? Or does during the day make for better sleep at night? Things like that. So, have I talked myself into it yet? 😂 🤔 Blessings and Gratitude, Veronica 🙏💖🕊️🌺🪷😴

Loved this one too! I listened on the same evening as above, on Joy! I liked reflecting on sankalpas, and I see that they differ somewhat according to the subject of the videos. I also have my "regular " sankalpas too. Then we had the visual of the balance scale with burdens in one bowl and the love, joy, etc in the other bowl. I understood that I can live in both and still be in equanimity as I bring them to the peace that is ever inherent in me. I see I always have access and connection; it's up to me to choose it. Adjusting the balance opens me to understanding myself and others. I will want to lie down again to listen to these. Oh, and the breathing to come into peace.....can't forget that! Once again, the time flew by. 💖

Sooo sweet, poignant, soothing! I didn't have occasion to listen for a few days, so I decided to listen to Ayla while preparing dinner and bringing Joy to that as well. Surprisingly, the time went by just as quickly as it does when I'm lying down to listen. Perhaps it does its work anyway. I feel it did! Oh, and the music!!! Perfect. Thank you, Ayla..... many times. 🙏🥰🪷🕊️🌺🕉️

I love the practice of looking at myself in the mirror, not only at the surface physical level, but as a way of seeing my general countenance. I think it's reflected in the physical. I Next, to consider the pairs of opposites within each trait lets me recognize all sides of myself. It helped me to understand that they make up all of me, not just the "good" parts. All in all, it brings more self-acceptance, thus completeness. I like that.

We are half way through and many of us are feeling the shifts. I know I am! And at this tipping point in the series Ayla gives us the nudge to find balance and equanimity. Balance doesn’t always mean 50/50. It means enough of what you need. I have nerve damage in my lower legs and my feet are very often extremely cold. Every time I do any of Ayla's practices, my feet warm up! To me , this is due to increased blood flow from the relaxation. That speaks to the tension I'm unconsciously holding in my body. The reflection questions help me to see where I give too much by not speaking up and then remembering self-compassion and allowing time for myself. This is new for me lately and I definitely feel lighter and more free because of it. And finally accepting that it's Ok to do some self-care. Thank you, Ayla! 🙏
