Happy Holidaze! ❄️ I am sending you and everyone a sweet lil’ deep rest reminder! Ps. Turkey makes you drowsy. Bird is the word. Haha. Make sure to have a festive Nidra nap. I suggest…. Deep Inner Peace ✌️
About to take off on a flight. Wish it was to Italy…. I am going to play N.114 | The Healer, feeling called to return to it again. Gotta fill up the internal apothecary.
I wrote and recorded this meditation today. I would love to share it with this community. I think it is entirely appropriate for the darkest day of the year (in the Northern Hemisphere). https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dfvhJqgXfdYbcUrH18OtOeH6ui1YQgCW/view?usp=drive_link
I have caught a nasty virus. My head and neck are aching, I am exhaussted and have a frequent cough. As a result, particularly because of the coughing, I haven't been able to stay still for long. Any suggestions on how to do yoga nidra in such circumstances? I really need it right now but haven't been able to do it for a few days. Thank you!
I would also suggest elevating your head above the chest to support your airways. I would do this when I was in my hospital bed back in the good ol' days. 😉
