Almost there
I have the first series of all the active stretching recorded and in the editing process. Tonight, ankle and foot will be uploaded. I am especially psyched about this as foot and ankle restrictions drive so many problems up the chain, including ankle and foot pain, knee pain, hip, and even low back pain. Hip active stretching now up
Hey Abaton family! I now have the hip active stretching uploaded and ready to go. This is just the first series, more will be coming later on this. The hip is so valuable and critical for low back health, I can’t emphasize this enough. Jump on there and get your hips moving like you’ve never moved and enjoy the benefits of freedom of healthy hips that affect the chain up and down.

Why you’re stiff and tight
Did you know that when we have an inflammatory diet, sit long periods throughout the day, or have an injury, all those life circumstances can result in inflammation of not only your soft tissue, but the articulating tissue between your joints. When this happens, you not only get pain and stiffness, but you also get inflammation and swelling, which decreases the space in your joints, resulting in decreased fluid in the joint which results in a sticky situation. Literally, the tissue becomes sticky. It makes it difficult to move. The best way to correct this is to perform active stretching where you move in and out of your full range range of motion while educating the muscle how to maintain it. This allows fluid to slowly come back in and start the healing process while improving muscle control for maintaining long-term results. Every active stretch on here is designed to help you achieve this outcome. Less pain, less sticky joints, and in turn improved function and normal movements without pain.
