Recently became one year older. I had a talk with a vice president of an elder care company and we talked about potential. I went to a magnet school for my formative years. Potential is all fine and dandy but if you don’t take action or risks you will be the old man on his death bed with regrets. I challenge everyone here to do something they have been procrastinating, look in the mirror before you leave home are you groomed/ hydrated and lastly learn to control your emotions efficiently don’t be a pushover but not a total crash out.

Today is a day to relax but also a day to prepare. Sunday night you should have your weekly goals planned and go to bed excited for the week. If you aren’t excited for your week. Only you have the power to change that!
