Muj Sy diet bilkul b start nhi ho rehi exercise kar rehi ho lakin diet bilkul b start nhi ho rehi ma Kya kro last year Sara ka Sara Kal Sy start kr lo gi ma nikla gya literally Sara Saal nhi kar pai ab b yhi ho reha please motivate me ma bht pershan

@Urba Zahid just remember kal kbi nhi aata...jo.hota hy wo aaj hota hy..apko.jo krna hy aaj sy he krna hy... Just take small baby steps aaj sy hi.... Like agr aap roti ka bra size ly.rhi hyn to usko thoraaaaa sa km kr deejy... Apny khany mn protein ko add krn...agr protein mn kuch nhi bna to aasan.hal.bjoomu hoy chny rkh lyn or wo protein ki replacement mn kha lyn.... Apny khany mn colours add keejy...like salaad...or zyada sara salaad khain.... Agr aap pratha khati hyn to uska oil 1 tspn km kr dyn or gradually km.krti.jain
