Breakfast : besan chiila with 4 to 5 spoons of yogurt and 1 cup tea without sugar ✅ Steps ✅ 5000 Water before meals ✅ Lunch : chicken seaser salad ✅ For dinner I had lentils soup ✅ I am grateful for today
