DO WHAT RUSSELL SAYS!!
I just got done with the "Selling Online" event last week and committed to doing a webinar this week... Tested a new webinar to my email list and here's the results... Registered: 300 Attended: 150 On At The Pitch: 138 Bought Live: 34 @ 997 Conversion: 25% Replay Sequence: N/A yet A lot went wrong with the tech, and the presentation could be so much better but this is a great place to start. I'll start running ads to it next week :)

Stats - Paid Ads To Live Webinar (I Need Help!)
Hey everyone, I've only done webinars to my email list (typically every quarter), but this is my first time running ads to a live webinar and I need help (are these numbers good and what should be improved?) Ad Spend: $3,800 Registrants: 430 (25% opt-in rate & $8.80 per registrant) Showed Up Live: 91 (21% show up) On At The Pitch: 78 (86% retention rate) Bought: 7 (9% conversion rate so $16.32 per registrant) I put in $1 and made $2 per registrant HOWEVER I'm coming from warm audiences used to way better numbers than this. Any tips? Or should I just be ok with this?

Congratulations! Well done setting this up profitable. Without having done this successfully myself I would say. You’re profitable which is great and means you can scale. However try to improve every aspect of the funnel. In Expert secrets Russell says $3-$5 per registrant is the target. It’s a while back so I’m sure it’s a bit more expensive today but also indicates you can get it lower. The number 1 thing I’m missing is a replay site where you can capture more of the registrant’s. Russell says you get as many people watching this as the live event so with the same numbers you could double your sales. Also how is your follow up sequence for the ones that watched? With the right flow there you can get more people to buy who are on the fence. Just my thoughts looking at your stats.
The benefits of a webinar a week?
What is it Russell say you learn when he says that "if you do a webinar a week for a year you will never be poor."? From my understanding you will 1. You practice it so you are really good at it 2. You will learn all the questions and rejection reasons (and can answer them) 3. You can learn what times people lose interest and fix that Are there any other things that you need to learn? Thanks Timmy

Where is our physical product sellers at?
Russell talked about accountability groups in today's Selling Online event. Which made me think it would be great to get a small accountability group of physical product sellers together. Anyone here also selling physical products already using funnels?

I’m in! I’ve been looking for something like this and also a mastermind for people selling physical products! Would you like to start one?
A New Book... Dan Kennedy Strikes Again
Every night, on my way home, I try to find an audio book or video that I can play in the background for my hour-long drive home. I have a subscription service that I've had for over 10 years that has been an integral part of my success as a software engineer, and fractional Chief Technology Officer. I found a new book that was released this month - the service has previews and new releases before they come out to the public - and I saw a new book with Dan Kennedy's name on it. I tell you... This book is another supplement to what we are learning here at Prime Mover's and the steps and strategies can easily be incorporated into Russell's Frameworks. The book is called, "No B.S. Guide to Successful Marketing Automation: The Ultimate No Holds Barred Guide to Using Technology, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence in Marketing." As a 25 year software engineer, consultant, and CEO of a Fractional CTO service provider, this book is saying all the right things and providing amazing examples. The best part so far - I'm about 80% through the book already - is what he calls "Chavatar." As you can imagine, it is a cross between Avatar and ChatGPT. He provides really great prompts to write out complete Chavatars with relative stories that you can incorporate into the hook, story, offer framework. Additionally, the automation tactics in this book can be completely done inside of Click Funnels, especially with the launch of the latest features at FHL International. The book is available on Amazon, and like I said, it was just released at the beginning of this month. I've always been an extremely high-tech person, i.e. build narrow AI solutions for businesses and other automation tools. However, I'm really glad I found Russell and Click Funnels and Dan Kennedy. They've opened my eyes to the power of marketing, copy, and strategies that drive customers to what ever I want to do in my life. They've made me into a Prime Mover.
