HELP! URGENT!
I have a client that has an e-com. We had a HUGE DROP in sales in the last week... big deal! Our overall conversion rate has dropped in half! We usually have 80% traffic on mobile and most sales (65%) are from mobile. These last week, we had 70% traffic from mobile and only 30% sales from mobile (& 70% sales from PC.) So, that tells me, there is something wrong on mobile. The SUPER WEIRD part is, I am doing tests to see whats going on, and if I am on WIFI, the loading of info is suuuuper slow! (both pc and mobile, if conection is WIFI) like 25 seconds+ to open a product page. But if I am on my celphone's internet, its super fast. And my WIFI speed test is fine! Anyone has had this problem that could help?

Need more info… from what platform is the traffic coming from? Ads or Social Posts. Is the product page a clickfunnels page? Are the pages indexed? Do they have JavaScript custom code on them? There can be several factors. Would love to get more details.

Just a note: I'm not taking my shirt off.
A New Book... Dan Kennedy Strikes Again
Every night, on my way home, I try to find an audio book or video that I can play in the background for my hour-long drive home. I have a subscription service that I've had for over 10 years that has been an integral part of my success as a software engineer, and fractional Chief Technology Officer. I found a new book that was released this month - the service has previews and new releases before they come out to the public - and I saw a new book with Dan Kennedy's name on it. I tell you... This book is another supplement to what we are learning here at Prime Mover's and the steps and strategies can easily be incorporated into Russell's Frameworks. The book is called, "No B.S. Guide to Successful Marketing Automation: The Ultimate No Holds Barred Guide to Using Technology, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence in Marketing." As a 25 year software engineer, consultant, and CEO of a Fractional CTO service provider, this book is saying all the right things and providing amazing examples. The best part so far - I'm about 80% through the book already - is what he calls "Chavatar." As you can imagine, it is a cross between Avatar and ChatGPT. He provides really great prompts to write out complete Chavatars with relative stories that you can incorporate into the hook, story, offer framework. Additionally, the automation tactics in this book can be completely done inside of Click Funnels, especially with the launch of the latest features at FHL International. The book is available on Amazon, and like I said, it was just released at the beginning of this month. I've always been an extremely high-tech person, i.e. build narrow AI solutions for businesses and other automation tools. However, I'm really glad I found Russell and Click Funnels and Dan Kennedy. They've opened my eyes to the power of marketing, copy, and strategies that drive customers to what ever I want to do in my life. They've made me into a Prime Mover.

@Hichem Refes I've had an https://www.oreilly.com/ account. When I would get hired to work on a project as a software engineer, I would be given tasks that were outside my expertise, but this resource has every book that covers both technology topics and business topics. I would have this open on one screen while coding solutions in the other. Every since I became an entrepreneur, I found the same benefit from the resource. It has a great search feature that will find the book and subsequently the page of the book that has your search query in it. I find it useful for Just-In-Time learning as well as getting the latest and greatest subjects. Additionally, it's a great data source to see what are the most popular reads lately showing where the market is headed on specific topics.

@Hichem Refes Nice! There's some great books on gaming. I was learning Unity for a simulation project that I was proposing on.
WHO NEEDS A MASTERMIND?
MASTERMIND: I'm wondering who else would like to walk away from this event having assembled an incredible mastermind group? There is so much talent in here that it's impossible to quantify.

@Phil Card Rey Ortega from Orlando, Florida. I’m a fractional CTO for small business owners that struggle with the overwhelming amount of technologies to streamline their business. As a software engineer turned entrepreneur, I’ve designed and built over 100 apps and software from sales and marketing to operations management. My skills are programming, business and technology strategy, audio and video production and engineering, and artificial intelligence. I also have 25 years of phone sales experience. I honestly spend 99.9% of my time in and on business technology. I can’t mow lawns, fix cars, or create art. I live in an analytical world. That’s me.
How FHL9.5 Elevated My 2CCX/Prime Mover Journey
So, we just finished FHL9.5... Wow! It was an amazing experience especially being a virtual conference. I attended the last FHL in Orlando, and as many of you, I was committed to signing up for the 2CCX Black Card. So how did it go? At first, it was a little overwhelming for me as well as my marketing team. I passed off the responsibility of learning the linchpin to my team and continued on with my responsibilities as the business owner. But, Russell said something during FHL that I can honestly tell you that I ignored. Russell was very adamant that as the business owner, I should go through the program and coaching. It wasn't until the work my team was doing with the coaches wasn't working that I stepped in and realized what I had done. The coaches were amazing, and worked based on the information my team provided. I just never gave them direction. That's it. So I started attending the sessions, and doing the thing as Coach Dante always says. What does that have to do with the FHL we just attended? Well, I'm a software engineer by trade that happened to build a consulting agency. However, I never hired an operations person or any other top level executive to handle operations. I found myself doing the prospecting, sales, project management, solutions architecting, and very little programming up to the point we entered the program. So basically, highly technical, but really crappy at the creative and strategic side of marketing. The concepts were foreign to me, but the coaching provided made it more digestible and allowed me to execute some funnels and social posts. They weren't as successful as I was expecting, and I didn't really know why. However... I can tell you that this FHL was the thing I needed to close the loop on what I've been learning in the program. Additionally, since we had access to Prime Movers before the event, I cheated - Russell told us to focus on our program so that we wouldn't get overwhelmed by all the value that was added - and I looked at everything. I did. I went down the rabbit hole on many of the new courses, and downloaded some of the workbooks and documents. And, I walked away with this belief.

@Mary Callan You're welcome... You should at least try the one funnel away challenge. You do that and you'll start seeing the value that Click Funnel provides from the jump. Both coaches are phenomenal and it is either free or a very small investment.
