How FHL9.5 Elevated My 2CCX/Prime Mover Journey
So, we just finished FHL9.5... Wow! It was an amazing experience especially being a virtual conference. I attended the last FHL in Orlando, and as many of you, I was committed to signing up for the 2CCX Black Card. So how did it go? At first, it was a little overwhelming for me as well as my marketing team. I passed off the responsibility of learning the linchpin to my team and continued on with my responsibilities as the business owner. But, Russell said something during FHL that I can honestly tell you that I ignored. Russell was very adamant that as the business owner, I should go through the program and coaching. It wasn't until the work my team was doing with the coaches wasn't working that I stepped in and realized what I had done. The coaches were amazing, and worked based on the information my team provided. I just never gave them direction. That's it. So I started attending the sessions, and doing the thing as Coach Dante always says. What does that have to do with the FHL we just attended? Well, I'm a software engineer by trade that happened to build a consulting agency. However, I never hired an operations person or any other top level executive to handle operations. I found myself doing the prospecting, sales, project management, solutions architecting, and very little programming up to the point we entered the program. So basically, highly technical, but really crappy at the creative and strategic side of marketing. The concepts were foreign to me, but the coaching provided made it more digestible and allowed me to execute some funnels and social posts. They weren't as successful as I was expecting, and I didn't really know why. However... I can tell you that this FHL was the thing I needed to close the loop on what I've been learning in the program. Additionally, since we had access to Prime Movers before the event, I cheated - Russell told us to focus on our program so that we wouldn't get overwhelmed by all the value that was added - and I looked at everything. I did. I went down the rabbit hole on many of the new courses, and downloaded some of the workbooks and documents. And, I walked away with this belief.
