Next time, whenever you go to the interview you previous experience always scared you and made you deep thinker. To overcome this, one day before, take a blank paper sheet and divide it into two columns. In one column, write all the questions and difficulties you faced to answer these. And in second column, Write all the possible solutions how could you turn this bad experience into good? ⭐ How to train your mind? ⚫ Do not respond on anything. ⚫ Take 10 sec to respond. ⚫ Firstly, absorb words what people say, if this is useful for you then get it, otherwise forget/ignore it. ⚫ At last, you will get all positive thoughts in your brain and your brain now ready to think positive and make you be kind towards mankind though your actions.
