Plan - Do - Act - Check (PDAC), Japanese concept of Kaizan Hamare brain k two parts hote hain conscious and subconscious. Subconscious Mind- Notice small acts of daily life and restore it. For example, when you meet someone your active part of brain talk to other person with concentration but your subconscious mind see, what is his/her phone cover and what color is it? What kind of cloth he/she is wearing? and so on. On the other hand, jab hamain kisi ki batoon ko judge karna hota hai tu kind words ko hum as a compliment laite hain and move on kar jate hain. But bad words we store in our subconscious mind and this act continuously push us to think about something bad. "And your negative thoughts lead you to become an overthinker." ⭐ How to stop overthinking? "Live in the present and hope for good future." e.g. Agar ap ka pehla interview acha nahe hua tha and you did not select in it. Next time, whenever you go to the interview you previous experience always scared you and made you deep thinker. To overcome this, one day before, take a blank paper sheet and divide it into two columns. In one column, write all the questions and difficulties you faced to answer these. And in second column, Write all the possible solutions how could you turn this bad experience into good? ⭐ How to train your mind? ⚫ Do not respond on anything. ⚫ Take 10 sec to respond. ⚫ Firstly, absorb words what people say, if this is useful for you then get it, otherwise forget/ignore it. ⚫ At last, you will get all positive thoughts in your brain and your brain now ready to think positive and make you be kind towards mankind though your actions.

Salam dosto, pichle 3-4 din se main gayab thaa aur sach kahoon toh bohot demotivated feel kar raha thaa. Kabhi kabhi life aapko aise mod par le aati hai jahan purani yaadein aur personal maslay aapke kaam par haavi ho jaate hain. Main bhi unhi emotional distractions se lar raha thaa. Dil nahi kar raha tha laptop kholne ka, na hi journaling karne ka. Lekin Haroon Khalil bhai ki baatein dimaag mein ghoonj rahi thin: "Success emotions se nahi, system se aati hai Agar main aaj wapas nahi aata, toh main wahi "Loser" wali feeling mein dooba rehta. Lekin aaj main ne decide kiya hai ke: 1. Apni personal feelings ko side par rakh kar apne career par focus karna hai. 2. Meri 90-Days Journaling aaj se dobara "Day 1" se (ya continuation mein) start ho rahi hai. Motivation ka wait nahi karna, bas kaam karna hai. Hum sab insaan hain, kabhi kabhi girtay hain, lekin gir kar kharay hona hi asli freelancer ki nishani hai.ai."

Most of our stress is not from what happens but from what we keep thinking might happen. 🧠 WHAT I LEARNED TODAY (Mind Rewiring Lesson) Today I learned a powerful mindset technique that changed how I look at negative thoughts. Our brain works double when we don’t control it: One part thinks consciously The other part keeps repeating negative thoughts subconsciously Example: “What if I don’t get a client?” You may not say it loudly, but your brain keeps playing it again and again. 👉 Solution: Write down every negative thought Take it out of your head and put it on paper Observe it, then rewire it For 5 minutes, sit quietly and ask yourself: “What am I thinking right now negative or positive?” If it’s useless, drop it. If it’s negative, rewrite it. Write 5 negative thoughts daily and consciously replace them. KEY REALIZATION Repetition creates belief Past experiences + recent activities run our mind on autopilot Most fears don’t even exist in reality Why suffer for something that hasn’t happened? 🏆 MINDSET SHIFTS I am a winner, not a victim Feel emotions, don’t suppress them Don’t blame others focus on self-control Excuses kill growth Action 👉 Result 👉 Feedback (not failure)
