50 powerful coaching questions (do u want a copy?)
i didn't create the coaching biz i have now JUST bc i understand biz stuff (offers, messaging, enrollment skills, & how to get people to want ur shit) i also built it bc i am good at what i do i strengthened my COACHING muscle relentlessly but it wasn't always this way before coaching was second nature, i used to sit with a list of 50 powerful coaching questions in front of me that I collected over the years from different places, coaches, events, and so on i always had a deep question to ask my clients to help them have an insight or create a shift they served me well but now, it's time for them to serve others i want you to have them if u want them so we're giving them to anyone who wants em comment "50" and we'll get them over to ya mushhhh ๐Ÿ„โ€๐ŸŸซ love to y'all!

Getting pro bono clients
Hey all- does anyone have any advice for getting more pro bonos? I have asked people, had friends ask their friends, and posted on both my private and future biz account. Iโ€™ve gone on Facebook groups but many of them say โ€œno promoting yourself or spam.โ€ I already have coached 4 but I need 3 more pro bonos to graduate my nurse coaching cert. Also hoping this will help for me getting clients in the future! Thank you ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

A new season for nurse-coaches!
Hey new friends! I spent Valentineโ€™s Day reflecting on what Iโ€™m grateful for. The quiet moments. The people who hold me up. The work that keeps calling me forward. And as the Lunar New Year shifts, weโ€™re also closing the chapter of the Wood Snake. A season of shedding, healing, and deep inner reflection and stepping into the Fire Horse energyโ€ฆ movement, courage, and momentum. For those of us in nursing and coaching spaces, this time of year can feel tender and powerful at the same time. We hold so much for others, and yet weโ€™re also being asked to listen to whatโ€™s changing within us. If youโ€™re in a season of transition, youโ€™re not alone. A few gentle questions to reflect on: ~ What am I grateful for from this past season, even the hard parts? ~ What part of me is ready to shed or soften as I move forward? ~Where is my courage being called right now, in my life, my voice, or my work? To all the nurse coaches and caregivers here: your presence matters more than you know. This in-between space is not a setback. Itโ€™s a recalibration. Youโ€™re allowed to grow. Youโ€™re allowed to shift. Youโ€™re allowed to step into a new kind of fire.๐Ÿ”ฅ Hereโ€™s a random photo some Lego fun. ๐Ÿคฉ

Ah, love this ๐Ÿ™Œ definitely feel some major transitions coming! I think I am going from a season of being "burned out and tired" to "excited and energized" for the next chapter and next step!
