Community Advice Needed ๐Ÿ™Œ
Salam everyone, We wanted to take a moment to update you all and also ask for your valuable advice. Recently, we shifted our Dummy Bidding Sessions from the free community to the paid community. However, weโ€™re now considering an idea and would really like to hear your thoughts on it. Weโ€™re thinking about creating a $1 tier (which comes to around PKR 300โ€“400 including taxes) inside the free community. Anyone who joins this $1 tier would get access to daily Dummy Bidding Sessions. Before making any decision, we want to know what you think: - Do you feel this $1 tier is a good idea? - Would it be helpful and fair for the community? - Or do you think we should avoid this and keep things as they are? Your feedback genuinely matters to us, and it will help us decide the best direction for the community. Looking forward to your honest opinions. Thank you for always supporting us! ๐Ÿ™ @Asim Irfan

Emotional intelligence|Assignment #1|
1. One real-life example where I used emotional intelligence? ๐Ÿง—๐Ÿง—๐Ÿง—During a group project, one teammate became frustrated and spoke sharply during a discussion. Instead of reacting defensively, I paused and tried to understand their perspective. I acknowledged their frustration, listened carefully, and suggested we take a short break before continuing. This helped calm the situation, and we were able to communicate more effectively and complete the task successfully. 2. How I usually control my emotions in difficult situations? ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸI try to stay calm by taking a few deep breaths and giving myself a moment before responding. This helps me avoid reacting impulsively. I also remind myself to focus on the problem rather than the person and think about the long-term outcome instead of the immediate emotion. 3. One key lesson learned from the video? ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•บOne key lesson I learned from the video is that emotional intelligence is not about suppressing emotions but about understanding and managing them effectively. Being aware of my emotions and those of others helps improve communication, decision-making, and relationships. @Maria Ijaz @Sobia Nazik @Haroon Khalil ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡ https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fT2mgjoQLvO_2XUcurxnysHoLSGPXOPVVeOLKb-i-DE/edit?usp=drivesdk

Period. โŒ Weak I will help you grow your business. โœ… Strong I help e-commerce brands add $10kโ€“$30k/month through better ad creatives โ€” not more ad spend. Formula: Outcome + mechanism (brief) 2๏ธโƒฃ Save Money & Time (โšก Very powerful) Why it works: Clients are tired of: - Managing freelancers - Revisions - Wasted budget โŒ Weak I save time and money. โœ… Strong Most founders waste 20โ€“30 hours/month fixing freelancer mistakes. I eliminate that. Formula: Hidden cost theyโ€™re bleeding + relief 3๏ธโƒฃ Solve Client Pain Points (๐ŸŽฏ Core hook) This is where most people fail because theyโ€™re vague. โŒ Weak I understand your pain. โœ… Strong Low show-up rates usually arenโ€™t a lead problem โ€” theyโ€™re a qualification problem. But if I fix these things, InshaAllah, I will be able to work more than 6 hours a day. That will boost my career significantly, InshaAllah.
