- 5:20 AM:I woke up and prayed my prayer.
- I was feeling very cold, started sneezing, and felt a bit weak, so I couldnโt work properly.
- Because of that, I decided to sleep again.

- 10:00 AM:I woke up again.
- After waking up, I had my breakfast and prepared myself to work.
- Before starting work (around 11:10 AM):I went to the rooftop to get some sunlight.
- 11:30 AM โ 12:45 PM:I started working and continued focused work.

- After that, I went to the mosque and prayed Zohar.
- 1:40 PM:I came back home.
- Since I was still sneezing and feeling weak, I decided to take a short nap to recover.
- 2:00 PM โ 3:00 PM:I slept.

- After waking up, I had my lunch.
- 3:30 PM:I started working again.
- 3:50 PM:I prepared to go to the mosque.
- I went to the mosque and prayed my prayer.
- After returning, I came back to my workspace.
- After that โ 5:30 PM:I continued working.

- After 5:30 PM:I went to pray Maghrib.
- After coming home: 6:00 PM โ 7:20 PM: I worked again.
- 7:20 PM:I took a shower.
- 7:45 PM:I went to the mosque and prayed Isha.
- 8:15 PM:I came back home.

- I joined a dummy meeting session with Abdullah Bhai.I spoke with him and engaged properly.
- 9:30 PM:I had my dinner.
- After that, I went to sleep.

This week, I have been a bit sick, especially with sneezing and weakness. Because of this, I need to maintain a better diet so that I can stay healthy and work properly, especially in the morning.
I also need to:
- Improve my focus
- Avoid social media more strictly
- Be more cognitive and conscious during work
- Learn how to release allostatic load during working hours
This week, I worked around 3 hours a day.
But if I fix these things, InshaAllah, I will be able to work more than 6 hours a day.
That will boost my career significantly, InshaAllah.
