How I’d Use an Interview Podcast to Generate Leads (7 Steps)
How I’d Use an Interview Podcast to Generate Leads (7 Steps) If I had to start a brand-new interview podcast in a brand-new niche from scratch and turn it into a consistent lead machine as fast as possible, here’s exactly what I’d do: Step 1: Self-Clarity - Why am I doing this podcast? - How does it fit into my bigger business goals? Step 2: Avatar Clarity - Who is my “qualified lead”? - What’s their biggest dream or goal? - What’s stopping them from achieving it right now? - What problem keeps them awake at night? Step 3: Market Research - Study other podcasts in my niche - Find patterns in their guest types, interview styles, and titles - Read listener reviews & comments. Are these my ideal leads? What are they craving? Step 4: The Amplify Method - Find an interview format or episode topic that already performs well in my niche - Identify why it works (guest expertise, story, controversy, actionable advice) - Don’t copy; make it 10X better by asking deeper questions and providing more context Step 5: Consistency Creates Trust - Release episodes on a consistent schedule - Focus on quality and quantity. the more episodes, the more opportunities to be found - Always aim for conversations that your audience would happily binge Step 6: Value per Minute - Deliver insight, not fluff; respect your listeners’ time - Highlight clear takeaways and “aha” moments from each guest Step 7: Strategic Lead Capture - Offer a free resource tied to the topic your audience cares about most (checklists, guides, templates, mini-courses) - Give a short, natural CTA mid-episode and at the end - Direct listeners to join your community, where you can nurture them further Hope it is helpful for everyone

🔑 Hey, accountability partner @Nilesh Jain! This is more than helpful; it's golden. As I'm now preparing to podcast back with a new season after a hiatus, I've been asking some of these questions to ensure that I'm only providing quality content that leads my ideal clients directly to me. Thanks for sharing!
Why is everyone hiding? 🤔
You know how there's certain marketing advice we've all heard a million times? "The riches are in the niches," "specialize to stand out," all that stuff... 🤨 But here's what's wild: as buyers, we totally get it. We live it every day. We value specialists. We seek them out. We're willing to pay more for them. Yet as sellers? We're terrified to actually do it. ----- Let me show you what I mean... I've been dealing with wrist injuries for a couple of years now, and I'm begging someone (ANYONE) to take my money and help me fix this problem. ➡️ But here's the weird part... nobody wants to help me. Well, that's not exactly true. There are tons of people who COULD help me, but they're all hiding behind these generic "fitness coach" and "wellness expert" labels. ----- 👀 I'm scrolling through Instagram and Google (yes, like it is 2015 again lol), and it's like everyone's playing the same game: "I help with EVERYTHING!" Body transformation, nutrition, meditation, life coaching, spiritual awakening, meal prep, home workouts, gym routines... Meanwhile, I'm sitting here like "Dude, I just need someone to fix my wrists." 😤 ----- 🤯 And you know what's crazy? I'd pay them. Gladly. Because this pain is real and I'm desperate for a solution. But they're all too scared to say "I'm the wrist guy." ----- Here's what hit me while I was searching for the 100th "complete wellness transformation expert"... 🙂‍↔️ These coaches think they're being smart by casting a wide net. But they're actually making themselves invisible to the people who need them most. Think about it: I'd hire a general fitness coach for my overall goals, AND I'd separately pay a wrist specialist. That's two clients 2️⃣ instead of one, but everyone's too busy trying to be everything to everyone. 🥲 I'm guilty of this too: it is a scarcity mindset - afraid to lose the opportunity to serve everyone, so they serve no one. ----- 💪🏼 The person brave enough to say "I'm THE wrist strength and rehabilitation expert" would have my attention instantly.

@Rafa Alonso, love this post because not only does it home, but it's the same thing I've shared so many times over the years. Once I broke it down and helped them learn how to stop talking to everybody, I realized that they weren't my target audience. 😅🤣 As a talented creative, many things come easy for me, but this quote hit me hard: "Just because I can don't mean I should." Thanks for sharing this reminder.
Something I Started Learning Recently
You don’t need to be the smartest. You don’t need to be the loudest. You just need to be consistent. The internet rewards those who stay in the game. One decision at a time. One product at a time. One month at a time.

You're absolutely right. Consistency actions, no matter how small, will always get you closer to success. Thanks for sharing!
Introducing Myself
Hello everyone, My name is Grizelda, I'm 41, and I’m a college professor in the Department of Financial Technology and Innovation. I specialize in teaching “Blockchain Applications in Digital Finance”, a course that explores the intersection of decentralized systems, smart contracts, and next-generation financial ecosystems. I’m deeply passionate about equipping the next generation with the tools and mindset to thrive in the ever-evolving digital economy. Whether it’s unraveling the mechanics of Web3, diving into NFT marketplaces, or analyzing the logic behind autonomous trading bots, I believe in fostering both curiosity and competence in my classroom. When I’m not immersed in code or crypto markets, you’ll likely find me enjoying a fresh pineapple... it’s my favorite fruit and a small reminder of life’s sweet, simple pleasures😊❤️

Yesterday, my store did over $8,400 in sales, with 227 orders — and I’m sharing this not to brag, but to show what’s possible when you stop doing it all alone. I started this journey solo, thinking I could handle everything myself — product research, marketing, fulfillment, customer service — and while that hustle built character, it also caused burnout and slow growth. Truth is:👉 Doing it alone might feel "independent"...But in business, it’s a trap. I wasted time, energy, and momentum trying to figure out things people had already mastered. It wasn’t until I got mentorship, joined communities, and got support that I saw real results. If you’re feeling stuck, tired, or ready to quit, here’s my advice: ✅ Ask for help – Don’t let ego kill your potential.✅ Invest in guidance – Free tips online are good, but strategy changes the game.✅ Find a community – The right network saves you from years of trial and error. You don’t have to do this alone.Alone can get you started…But support is what gets you scale. Keep pushing. Your breakthrough might just be one connection away. 💪#ecomsuccess #shopifyjourney #dontdoitalone #growthmindset
