Today I watched a video from a multi-time Skool Games winner—someone with over 11K members—say this: “𝗡𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.” He went on to say this would happen to him even with a large community. No one upgraded on their own. Let that sink in. If you think more members will make monetization easier… it won’t.The same problem you have at 25, 50, or 100 members will still be there at 11,000.
