A helpful tip to reset the stress in your day. What communities have you found that are helpful to your state of being. I just found a great exersise that has been very helpful. Days when someone else’s nervous system is louder than your own. - Caregivers (of any kind) - Helpers Who Can’t “Clock Out” - Partners in Emotional Imbalance - Adults Who Grew Up Regulating Others - Leaders Holding Emotional Space - Anyone Living With High Ambient Stress Time: 90 seconds Where: Anywhere you can stand or sit Props: Your imagination Step 1: Name the Invisible Load Place one hand on your chest while thinking of the challenge and quietly say (or think): “This is not all mine.” Step 2: Borrow the Ground Now imagine the floor beneath you isn’t just a floor. It is an ancient, steady nervous system. Press your feet down gently and imagine sending 10% of the intensity you’re carrying downward. Breathe out through your mouth like you’re fogging a mirror. Step 3: De-Role Yourself (This Is the Special) Softly shrug your shoulders once and whisper: “Off duty for 60 seconds.” Imagine setting down: - the monitoring - the adjusting - the holding it together Let your arms hang heavy. Step 4: Remember Who You Were Before Today Touch something on your body that has nothing to do with your "role." (wrist, ankle, collarbone, anywhere neutral). Say silently: “I am more than this moment.” Stay here for three slow breaths.

I love to visit @Julianne Anderson's lovely community, Ricochet. It is full of lovely advice and lived experiences and the opportunity to learn about history and see some incredible and special items from the last several decades. ♥️
Nothing changes if no thing changes
💡 Nothing changes… until you flip the switch. It never ceases to amaze me. You can have a power source (in this case I am thinking of my business training and system), you can even have the entire house ready to light up. But if you never flip the switch…you stay in the dark. That’s exactly what it’s like when people want a new lifestyle, more time freedom, or a digital business that actually supports their family — but they never plug into the system that gives them power. The moment you flip the switch and connect to:⚡️ A proven system⚡️ Clear training⚡️ Supportive mentorship⚡️ A community that lifts you…everything lights up. Suddenly you can see where you need to go. You learn what to do and soon you feel the momentum of what you are creating. You are not building alone anymore. Sometimes the biggest transformation starts where you are at, and we just need to connect to the power source.

Today I met another bestie on this Skool platform. You know the meetings where you feel time slip away because your having so much fun. That kind of connection.
