Ten Minutes, No Rules
I sat down today with no plan and just let myself doodle. Got lost in it. This is what came out. It’s busy, layered, a little messy — and somehow really grounding. When I looked back, a few things whispered to me: • repeated lines & patterns — my way of settling my nervous system • houses tucked into the page — a quiet longing for belonging and safety • a tree standing slightly alone — resilience, still growing even when rooted in hard ground • filled spaces next to calmer pockets — holding a lot, while still seeking rest None of this was intentional. My hands knew before my head did. ✨ If you feel like joining in: Set aside 10 minutes. No planning, no pressure. Just let your pen move. Afterwards, gently notice: • what shapes or symbols showed up more than once • where your drawing feels protective vs open • what parts feel alive, tender, or steady If you’d like, share your doodle below — and feel free to reflect kindly on each other’s work. Not to analyse or fix… just to witness 🤍

@Elizabeth Jaworski I love that you are able to see these through the art. Just after 10 mins. My goal today is to take time to do this.

A Gentle Ripple, A Big Change…
It is such a joy to be able to welcome @Sharon Prahl , to our community. I met Sharon in @Mark Eldridge fantastic Community and it has been really great to start to get to know Sharon. It is getting late in Chicago but not so here in Australia, but the great thing about digital business, is that you get to what needs to be done, in what ever time you have available. Sharon please use this post to share your social links and your business links and let us know more about your community that you are creating as well and then when you are done, please join us all as we answer the prompt below. Sometimes your ripple isn’t loud — but it’s life-changing. What’s one ripple from your past that led you to this moment?

@Mark Eldridge Thanks Mark, this is such a great example of how experiences can create such a big ripple effect.

My own ripple moment would be attending my first Camp Quality in Northern Rivers, - (a camp for children and their siblings who are experiencing cancer. This moment in time taught me to really treasure moments and create moments in time that are treasured. I still do this.
Your Ripple Has Power!

Fun fact... My hubby name is Scott Hurren and is a rock guitarist. :)
Alot can happen in a week in my business and apparently in my life!
I had a mega win today. I went from absolutely no core support funding to an abundance of support. I am so grateful. Mean while my brother is having a battle with obtaining NdIS supports for his wife and it is a little awkward to celebrate when I know that they are really feeling the struggle. I am sharing this, because I would like to encourage you, to hang in there. If you are going through something heavy... hang in there because circumstances can do a complete flip around at any moment. and when it does we will be there to have a dance party with you.

Lets share some recent photos
Let’s share a photo from our recent shots on our phone…Because sometimes a single moment captured reminds us what’s still beautiful, still hopeful, still worth holding onto. 💛 Today is a hard day. Not dramatic. Not loud. Just one of those quiet, heavy days where life asks you to dig a little deeper. Someone recently said to me, “How are you still so upbeat… considering everything you’re carrying?” The truth? I’m not upbeat instead of the hard stuff. I’m upbeat because I’ve learned to anchor myself to what gives me strength —✨ my family,✨ my purpose,✨ my faith,✨ and this beautiful community that reminds me I’m not doing life alone. On days like today, I feel the value of community even more. A place to show up as you are. A place to breathe. A place to be reminded of the light you carry, even when you can’t see it yourself. So, even if today is a hard day for you too, share a photo that brings you a moment of peace, joy, or grounding. Let’s lift each other the way community was always meant to. 🌿 I’ll go first. 💛
