Accountability isn’t pressure.It’s permission to be supported while you grow. You don’t need to be confident to go live.You need connection, consistency, and someone walking beside you. I was approached by a collegue from Spain to request that my coaching group join in on a spontaneous go live challenge. My immediate reaction was -"nope not me - I am too time poor.....etc etc etc..." I had lots of excuses not to do this. However the thought came to me - progress comes on the other side of discomfort.
