Dream Journal/ Dream study
Is literally writing down dreams, night dreams, day dreams and life dreams. I have been keeping a dream journal for over 4 decades. I took a break the better part of the last few years and feel out to sea without a compass without it. Whether you remember the dream from sleeping or not, write a quick snapshot of the experience or your impressions of your sleep or upon waking up. This signals that it’s important, and you can start remembering much faster through this commitment. Then ask, is this dream telling me something important, it can be more than one of the following: Physically Mentally Emotionally Spiritually? 0ften just by asking you will know which it is, and what the dream means to you. I then do a contemplation of if I want more understanding or just to tune into divine love and what’s important today, my next best step.

What If We Swapped New Year’s Resolutions for a New Year Vision Board?
Every year, we’re encouraged to write resolutions…Lose weight... Do more of that. Fix ... Be better at that. Resolutions often start with the belief that something about us needs correcting. What if this year, we chose a gentler, more powerful path? ✨ What if instead of resolutions…we created a New Year Vision Board? A vision board doesn’t ask you to “fix" anything. It invites you to dream and envision again. Imagine the life you want to create — not out of pressure, but out of possibility. A vision board says:🌿 These are the people I want close.🌿 This is how I want to feel.🌿 These are the places I want to explore.🌿 This is the freedom I want to design.🌿 These are the dreams I’m ready to bring back into the light. It’s not about who you need to become, it is about reconnecting with who you already are. So as we head into a new year, what if we traded guilt-filled resolutions for a soul-filled vision? 💛 What’s one word, image, or feeling you’d put on your New Year Vision Board? Let this be a community vision board that we can celebrate together. Here is a link to canva - I would like to invite you to follow the link and put a photo of something that you would like to see happen for you in 2025. How this is going to work : Click on an element and add your own photo. Add a new text link and change the font so that I know it is you. (or let me know what you add ). This will be our first creative project together. I am excited. Also if you feel that it is too overwhelming to do this, comment below and I will put your name and the goal on the collective board for you. I will put the updated photo on this main part of the post... There is plenty of room here to add your part of the collective vision.

I Came Across A Little But Powerful Book 📚
I came across a little book on YouTube yesterday called "It Works". And I posted about it in "The Skoolers Library " @Leeanne Hurren spotted it and asked me to share here for all her wonderful members. It’s one of those old, very straightforward books, almost too straightforward. You write down what you want, you read it every day, and you leave it alone. That’s it. What got me thinking wasn’t the book itself, even though I loved it, it was how quickly the mind wants to jump in and complicate something once you’ve been clear. We question it, then adjust it, try to improve it and always second-guess it. And I’m not convinced that helps. I’m still sitting with it, but it definitely made me notice how often we don’t always struggle with not knowing what we want, we struggle with letting it stay simple once we do. Just sharing what’s been on my mind. You can listen to it here 👇

A passion that saved me. Art
This afternoon I received a phone call and it was my daughter who was painting with my grandson... this shifted my focus for the afternoon and whilst my daughter rested on her bed (was she really resting or exploring). I joined my daughter in adding another layer of paint to my current artwork . How art saved me? This I will share another day as my daughter is calling for me... my unfinished artwork/. the bottom is what my grand daughter painted of a fun day with the family at the beach side - My painting is above this. It is looking a bit dark now but this will lighten as the next layers are added. Would you like to do a step by step progress thread?
