If I import a american number from twilio , can it make outbound calls to numbers outside america?

I know that our assistants can update contacts info, but can they create a new contact? I don't see it as a tool stack. Here's the use case. Our assistant is for a Chiropractor, sometimes they get a lead and the lead would like to book a back to back appointment for them and their spouse, or family member, at which point a new contact needs to be made. I prompted the bot to collect the additional contact's info thinking it would gather the info only but when I tested it, it updated the original contact. Do I need to create a custom tool for the bot to create a contact? Is that possible?

Hi everybody, we are struggling to set up UK phone numbers inside of Assistable. We are trying to use Twilio numbers. Has anybody set up UK phone numbers or has any experience around this? I would be happy to pay for your time as it has taken us weeks to try and figure this out.

Hey, so I am building a converseation AI chatbot in GHL, I already connected assistable to GHL. I just want to know how can I make it so that when someone that is speaking with my chat agent ask to speak in the phone it can trigger the voice assistable agent and that he can make a call. How would you go about connecting the chat agent and voice agent.
