Stuck between verbal agreement and client setup
Right now I have cold callers offering our services on a revenue share basis. We alert them to the Facebook ad budget requirement, $20 a day minimum to see results $30 per day preferred. Ask if they are interested in doing it, and if so we send them an onboarding email with a guide I put together on how to set up the Facebook Business Manager and add us with advertiser access to all the assets. The drop off is at the email onboarding step. Of the 5 verbal agreement closes, 2 have backed out. 1 of the 3 is in contact, says he read the email and will work on getting us access. The other 2 we have been unable to contact again, although it's only been two or three days. Do you guys have any ideas for helping push new accounts forward? At the moment our only plan is to keep calling every two days to check in with them.

@Emmett McCarry Yeah, I think this is the answer. They see that email with steps and they say to themselves, no thanks. Thinking back, even the first client I got requested a phone call which gives it away. Onboarding emails are totally useless.
🚀 Hiring Setters – Any Groups or Recommendations?
I’m looking to hire appointment setters right now and wanted to get some recommendations from the community. Do you know of any good groups (Facebook, Skool, or anywhere else) where I should post about this? Or do you personally know someone solid you’d recommend?

Facebook ads targeting the Philippines is what I do. Employment special ad category. $5 a day floods me with applicants
Looking for warm callers
Was wondering where do you hire appointment setters? I have too many people to handle who are interested in the outcome, and already have everything I need to give them to be able to scale, just wanted more people to join the offer

You can use Facebook ads to target the Philippines or other countries. Special ad category employment
Facebook software
Hello guys, Im Xander and we run a fitness agency. I’m looking for a platform that combines two things in one place: 1. A clear overview of my Facebook Ads performance (on campaign, ad set, and ad creative/ad name level). 2. A pipeline feature where I can manage ad ideas through stages like “Idea → In production → Live → Analyzing → Winner/Loser.” In short, I'm looking for a system where I can both track my ad ideas and directly see which ones perform best in the market (locally and nationally) without having to switch between multiple tools. Do you know if such a tool exists, or what you guys would recommend?

AdsCook gets close but instead of manual sorting on a kanban, it just follows your pre-defined rules to shut off losers, scale winners etc.
On-going campaign management and when to make changes?
Hey guys, currently taking on lots of clients so having the mental battle of focusing on acquisition + managing clients ads. So my question is, does anyone have an advice or SOPs or checklists of continuosly managing a clients campaign to keep constant results. Basically I want to set time blocks in the week, where i go into all clients accounts and check that everything is running as it should, tick off that all metrics are doing well and identify when I need to make changes when X metric has dropped for Y period of time..etc meaning okay now it's time for a change. Tis way i can keep on top of it all in an organise way any tips on this?

I would throw a low cost VA at it. Nigeria (cheapest) or Uganda (less harsh accent if that's needed). Hiring through country targeting, employment SAC Facebook ads. And simply train him on what you want done as it comes up, building the SOP out in the evening. Manpower over systems to start with, then systems guiding manpower as your training develops organically. That's what I did in my land business anyways. Sounds like you really have client acquisition down to a science. Any tips there? We have two verbal agreements right now, both from cold call, so that seems to be working for us. I would say we're picking up a client every two weeks using 2 cold callers.
