On-going campaign management and when to make changes?
Hey guys, currently taking on lots of clients so having the mental battle of focusing on acquisition + managing clients ads.
So my question is, does anyone have an advice or SOPs or checklists of continuosly managing a clients campaign to keep constant results.
Basically I want to set time blocks in the week, where i go into all clients accounts and check that everything is running as it should, tick off that all metrics are doing well and identify when I need to make changes when X metric has dropped for Y period of time..etc meaning okay now it's time for a change.
Tis way i can keep on top of it all in an organise way
any tips on this?
