Okay, so I finally got my first few clients onboarded — big win 🎉 But now I’m a bit stuck… What do you personally focus on first when you start running ads for a new client? Is there a simple framework or checklist you follow? I want to make sure I get this right from Day 1, especially since some of them really trust me and I want to deliver. So if anyone’s got advice or a basic starting point (even if it’s just: “do this first, then that”), I’d massively appreciate it 🙏 Let me know how you approached it when you were in this phase.
