Simply put—what you do today matters. Coming out of winter, many of us naturally focused on simplifying, resetting, and pulling back a bit. That can be a really supportive season. But just like nature doesn’t stay in winter forever, our bodies aren’t meant to live in a constant “pull-back” mode either.
