Fingertips advice
Does someone know how to strengthen fingertips for doing 90 degree holds and hspu?
Fingers
Does anyone know how to strengthen your fingers? For doing 90 degree holds in fingertips and eventually hspu and all the possible push skills. I am doing fingertip push ups but if someone knows a better way, thank you

Manna
Does any one in here Train Manna or know something about it?

Wow, that is a rare skill, it is not so popular but it is very hard, kind of like planche, I personally don't train it, but I might need some advice from you, I believe that if you train Manna, you must also train a lot of stretching. Have you any advice to get better at stretching, I am not that good, thank you

Ok, thanks, what do you mean by shoulder opening? I've never heard it before, is it like putting your shoulders or arms as back as you can?
My planche training structure
I want to straddle planche so im doing straddle planche leans, i already know that straddle planche has a different complexity in technique to regular planche so im not sure if doing straddle planche leans covers that lack of technique so i want to understand how to work on straddle specificity without bands, i do tuck planche and im trying to lean as much as i can to work in shoulder strenght and tuck planche push ups because why not, even tho they are not very specific

Ok, maybe try this: in parallels get against a wall but your chest looking to the wall, have a good amount of distance so you can walk down the wall with your feet open and get to straddle planche position but your feet touching the wall, so obviously you gotta lean forward so you can keep walking down the wall

The most difficult part is adjusting the parallels to the right distance jajaja
Handstand
Can someone help me learn a handstand and the progression and steps for it please and thank you!! I have been doing calisthenics for 8 months and I already have good shoulder strength i can do a hspu and a straddle 90 degree hold, but I cant hold a handstand i learned the hspu first before the handstand and its taking a tole on my progression so yeah i need to learn and master a handstand to progress further into calisthenics
