Handstand help
I can now do a bit of a handstand by first starting with a frog pose, then putting my head on the ground to assist my arms to lift my body, but after getting into the handstand part I can’t lift my head up the ground so I only use my arms, how can I make it easy to lift if my head?

Forget practicing like that build press with pike push ups and press to handstand and alignement with chest to wall handstand, hollow body holds and after that you start

@Mo Cohen you need to learn pike push ups first if you want proper handstand alignment

Guys I’m stuck in handstand I can hold it for like 3-4 sec and barely 10. Any tips?

You need to build presssing strengh with handstand press and you need to correct alignment with chest to the wall handstands

@Leen Salameh do not just “keep atempting” handstand is not the exercise where you will get better at just trying it mindlessly
