I can do 1 hand stand push up. How do I go from 1 to many reps I am struggling… it’s been weeks and are there any progressions or tips to go from 1 to multipule without falling out
I've been practicing muscle ups right now but I still can't seem to get over the bar. I also don't know how to do chest to bar. The highest I can pull is prob my shoulders (with no swing). Can someone give me some tips please on how to unlock chest to bar. My average for pull ups is about 6-10 btw.
