how do you prospect let say you are from asia and im trying to call somebody from US? right now my struggle is outreach do you have some ideas in mind?

Hello community, I've been working on Retell AI & VAPI for a few weeks to build voice agents in several languages, mainly French. I've noticed that transcribing an email address is very tedious and often causes transcription errors (same with specific words like last names, city names, etc., although this is less important). This causes tedious exchanges between the agent and the caller, forcing them to repeat (by spelling) their email address several times, and significantly degrades the experience. Has anyone here found a reliable solution that helps with transcribing an email address? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me :-)

The goal is to integrate a calendar within GoHighLevel for booking various services. I’m particularly struggling with the couple's massage service, which requires booking for two people. The challenge is that the agent needs to check the availability of two free staff members to complete the appointment. Do you have any suggestions on how to manage this alongside the other services that only require one staff member's availability? Thank you!
