E-mail transcribing in RETELL & VAPI

Hello community,

I've been working on Retell AI & VAPI for a few weeks to build voice agents in several languages, mainly French.

I've noticed that transcribing an email address is very tedious and often causes transcription errors (same with specific words like last names, city names, etc., although this is less important). This causes tedious exchanges between the agent and the caller, forcing them to repeat (by spelling) their email address several times, and significantly degrades the experience.

Has anyone here found a reliable solution that helps with transcribing an email address?
