I have an AI voice agent that calls leads immediately after they submit a form from Facebook ads. The goal is to qualify these leads and book appointments in a calendar. My question is, if a lead says, "Call me back; I'm busy," how can I ensure the AI processes this request and calls back? Should the AI ask the lead for a specific time to call back and schedule it in the same calendar, or do you have a different approach in mind?

For example, when a caller says โ€œhari10@gmail.comโ€, it gets transcribed as โ€œharry ten @ gmail.comโ€. Iโ€™m not sure if the problem lies in my prompt (attached below) or the speech-to-text transcriber. Has anyone faced something similar? Would love suggestions on how to improve accuracy for alphanumeric email inputs โ€” especially when users say things like numbers, dots, or underscores.
