Assalam walakum sorry am compiling my logs I forget to log … hope that is ok. How is everyone ? Easter holiday plans? Thursday : Breakfast : fried egg ,sausage,1 toast Afternoon snack : bounty chocolate Dinner : palak chicken and white rice Steps: 12201 Workout :treadmill Friday Breakfast :granola with Greek yoghurt and berries Morning snack :protein shake ,omelette and 1 toast . Dinner:1/2 naan, kebabs and chicken tikka Steps: 9046 Workout:treadmill walk + indoor walk Saturday : Breakfast:beef kebab /boiled egg on toast /chicken / wedges . Dinner:pilau (small portion) Steps:9749 Workout:treadmill plus another workout

@Uzma Deen can you share your walking workout plan I also did treadmil by following 3/10/30 rules. But its hardly 5k steps.

6000 steps 8 glass water intake Herbal tea done. Morning is my breakfast From dawat menu i picl chicken and bindi and 2 tacos
