@Ahmad Kurdi I would think about a service you wanted in your life or recently. If you wanted to take jiu jitsu classes, you can become an "expert" in the area and offer consulting to that specific service then go horizontal. You will resonate with potential clients more.

Hey I am looking for some SMMA owners who have got clients in the martial arts or some SMMA owners whose previous niche was Martial Arts? Is it hard to get clients in this niche considering most of the owners are just boomers and too ignorant about digital services? Looking forward for your responses!

I've worked with a couple Jiu Jitsu business owners. I would focus on messaging and let them know what offers work. From my experience, it's usually Kids classes as it teaches more than "fighting", its more about self-defense. Then you've also go the parents who are willing to try as well. Focus on businesses in suburbs.

HVAC client struggling to get leads to answer

Hey Team, Anyone here in the home services or more specifically HVAC niche? I have a client who's admin is struggling to get leads to pick up the phone. She calls 1-3 times across 3 days. And the leads don't pick up. We have been running their ads for 2 months now and I have a feeling they are on the edge of churning. Decent lead cost for the budget. Ranging between 9-17 CPL. Any thoughts or ideas would be helpful!

@Brandon Long low effort outreach will kill client relationship. If you are using a CRM, I would track the performance of the admin. Address this with the business owner and provide a solution to fix it.

@Brandon Long She might be the perfect fit. I would recommend her NOT trying to close sales, instead do a "live transfer" to the owner who can then close. The issue here though is having the correct processes in place for her to capitalize on... Lead to speed Follow-ups Have you implemented that?
