For you at your lowest My Journey so far
This is to help anyone that has lost hope in business and is at their lowest. Getting started with my business - Ecom wasn’t all that rosy. I was frustrated severally. In fact I took a break for a while after wasting a lot of money ranking up credit card bills going several thousands. But deep down I know this works. Finding how the right method to approach Ecom is what changed everything. I gradually started seeing progress $1k then $6k. In 2024 we ended up doing over $180k. - 1st slide I remembered then I prayed to just do $50k Then 2025 came I wasn’t able to really focus on Ecom that much as I was heavy with our little one. But the system and method I put in place kept bringing in sales even though it wasn’t at much. About a month ago or more, after having our little one I decided to start another store to put this system to work again. (I probably shred my progress after a week haha) we did over $1k with that new store. Here we are hitting over $9k a week. Cheers to more 🎉 Here is me just sharing my progress. And building in public. Let me know if you need a few pointers though, I was also once stuck.

How Chad Went from $18K -> $202K/mo
One of the agency owners in the high-ticket sales mentorship (Agency Inner Circle) went from $18k/month to over $200,000/month in revenue... in less than six months. Last week, we sat down and I had him spill the tea on what he did and the biggest changes in his process were. Check the video out below
Dropped CPL — from $387 to $85 in 3 Days.
Quick win to share I took on a new client 2 weeks ago in a high-ticket niche. The campaigns were running, spending $200/day and getting clicks in the 100s, but the CPL was sitting at $387—way too high to make the numbers work. I audited the funnel, spotted some gaps, and decided to fix them. It wasn't a big overhaul. I made one tweak on the landing page, refined the ad copies, fixed the campaign structure, and got the creatives right. That's it. Within 3 days of publishing the 1st campaign, CPL went from $387 down to $85. That's 78% down in 3 days. Already 3 appointments booked with 2 more leads still in follow-up. Most of the time, the budget isn't the problem. The setup is.

How I book 6 sales call a day (on avg)
Took me a couple of months of testing cold email, but we're finally booking sales calls CONSISTENTLY (~4 to 6/day on avg). My average ticket on the starter campaign is $4.7k with a guarantee. A big game changer has been the auto-responder, I literally just wake up & open Gmail to see calendar bookings. Some things I've learned (don't waste months like I did): - You NEED FULL PERSONALIZATION on copy - Copy is almost always your issue, deliverability is an easy fix - The US market is 3 times HARDER than EU, GCC & Oceania - All my replies are positive, barely get negative replies (~3% prr) - Never reveal everything in your response, keep the curiosity until the discovery call - WARM UP LEADS with video content (w/ case studies) once they book (automated email) - There's no social proof or even my name in the copy, you just need to articulate their pain point, show you understand their ICP (w/ AI) - Please use an AI notetaker & turn that into a custom proposal QUICK after the calls p.s. helps if you send them a LinkedIn connection once they book
