What’s Worked for You on the Healing Path?
Alright family, let’s drop in. I want to invite each of you to bring forward the practices, tools, or modalities that have truly transformed your life.. the ones that helped you shift, heal, grow, and evolve into who you are today. ⠀ If you were to reflect on everything you’ve been through… The highs. The heartbreaks. The breakthroughs. The awakenings ⠀ What were the key practices or teachings that shaped you? What helped you reconnect with your truth, your power, your peace? ⠀ This is a space to share wisdom.. not just theories, but what’s actually worked in your own healing and awakening. Let’s pour into this circle so others can find something that supports their journey too. ⠀ What has been most impactful for you? Drop it below. Let’s grow together. With big love, Justin

What's worked for me has been accepting truths. Truths about others and truths about myself. Accepting that healing is a journey and not a destination. Accepting that some people will like you and some won't. Accepting criticism and using each part of acceptance as a lesson on how to be a better man. Accepting who you parents are and understanding they only know how to parent from their parents and so on. Accepting that you are exactly where you need to be in your life. And accepting who you really are as a person, dropping the masks and the right people gravitate towards you naturally. Whether that's friendship or romantic.
Ascension into becoming a grounded man
This is my first post in here and I thought I would share my weekend with you all. I took part in a ceremony with 10 incredible men at the top of a mountain called Ben Lawers. We ascended the mountain with intention and started it off with some breath work and mediation. We remained in silenced as we climbed, focusing on ourselves and our reasons for taking this gruelling task on. We used our bodies as a gateway to transcend deep within ourselves to help release any stubborn traumas and we sought guidance from a spiritual body coach and a trauma therapist as we climbed. It was an exceptional experience, where I released a lot of tears and heartache. At one point during our meditation at the summit, my body began convulsing with the ferocity of my release and this has truly marked a new start for me on my journey to becoming a better man and embracing the masculine within me so I can make the feminine feel safe and protected around me. I aim to become so grounded within myself and my emotions, that going into my future I know I can give a woman the best possible partner and make her feel safe, seen and comforted, without losing myself in the process. ❤️ It was a truly magickal experience 🌊 ☘️ 🪄 ✨

@Nour Mohieddine thank you so much, it was an incredible experience. Truly life altering. There is much more to come and a long way to go. I'm aware it is a journey and not a destination. The path I'm on at present its a very deep journey to discover me and remove the masks 🙏

@Nour Mohieddine you hit the nail on the head there when you said "enjoy your healing journey" I am now at the stage where I know it will be painful, scary and at times frightening. However I am now feeling comforted with each and every painful release. Shedding the old masks and coming forth into my true self is very liberating and it is giving me a sense of clarity and peace. It's truly wonderful ❤️ I will keep you informed of my journey as I have another retreat booked in a few weeks with ten men and ten women. It's a more personal intimate setting focused on connection and embracing the feminine and masculine within us. I will see what comes of this as I know I will only get out what I'm prepared to put in by being my most vulnerable with people I have never met. Embracing the real me and not feeling ashamed to show it
Soul Contracts 💖
Lately I’ve been learning a lot about energy, but there’s something in particular I’ve been feeling deeply and I really want to speak about it. I’m not sure if it will align with everyone’s beliefs, but it touched my heart in so many ways and has shown itself to me in different forms throughout different stages of my life: Soul contracts⚡️ It’s such a powerful realization—understanding that we are souls before we are humans. That we’ve existed before this lifetime, and before we come here, we actually choose other souls to walk with us, teach us, challenge us, or simply accompany us. Some come as teachers, others as healers, some as partners or companions in a shared mission. These connections are not coincidences—they are agreements. And these agreements fall under three types of soul contracts: 1. Karmic Soul Contracts This type usually comes in the form of someone who stirs something deep within us. It could be painful, confusing, or even destructive. But it’s not to harm us—it’s to awaken us. These souls appear to mirror unresolved patterns or cycles from our past lives or early experiences. And when we finally become aware of the pattern, when we reach that moment of awakening—the contract is fulfilled. It's sealed. The lesson is learned. And only then are we ready to step into a new kind of connection. 2. Conscious Soul Contracts This is the next stage. After we’ve done some healing, after we've remembered who we are, we begin to attract souls who meet us at that same conscious level. It’s no longer about pain or triggers. These connections feel light, true, aligned. We’re not rescuing each other, not losing ourselves. We’re growing together—supporting, witnessing, and reflecting each other’s light. These are the souls that remind us we’re already whole. They feel like home—not because they fix us, but because they meet us where we are. 3. Soul Mission Contracts This is the highest and most sacred level of connection. These are souls we meet when we’re ready to go on a mission—not just for ourselves, but for others. These souls walk beside us in service. We’re here to co-create, to heal, to guide, to build, to share love with the world. This kind of contract feels like alignment, purpose, and divine timing all at once. When you meet one of these souls, you’ll feel it deeply—it’s not just a meeting, it’s a remembering.

@Nour Mohieddine by all means share your thoughts more. I love the capabilities of all humans. How each and every mind works, that has been shaped through their life experiences. I have some writings myself. I will no doubt share them in due course also 😊 I hope you have a wonderful day and thank you for the writings. I really needed that emotional release today 😊 ❤️
